SA Water BrainWave

SciWorld delivers two fabulous learning experiences fo SA Water as part of the SA Water 2010 Brainwave learning program. The Hope Valley facility ensures safe drinking water is delivered to your tap. The Bolivar facility treats water at the other end of the process. SciWorld encourages teachers to book both tours for maximum benefit to students.

School Program 1: "Poo-Do Gurus" - a FREE tour of the Bolivar Wastewater Treatment Plant

This is a two-hour session including a site tour plus hands-on experiments for groups of up to 30 school students in Years 3 to 10, with a more challenging workshop being offered to high school students. SACSA learning areas include Science, Society and Environment, Design and Technology.
